To carry out this plan, various facilitating elements were acquired for patients with visual, auditory, motor and cognitive functional diversity, such as a sound amplification system available at the main counters of the health center and a video-interpretation system that translates the deaf language.

In addition, the hospital center has hrooms adapted for patients with morbid obesity, adapted changing tables, elevators with buttons in Braille, reserved parking spaces near the main entrances, tables in the cafeteria adapted for wheelchair users and the option of checking in from your mobile phone with the Virtual Counter APP MS.
