The tests in the Diagnostic Imaging Area are now available in the Marina Salud Virtual Desk APP. The request for the result of the ultrasound, CT, MRI, Mammography or Conventional Radiology scans can be made by any patient, both from the hospital ATMs, and from the MS Virtual Desk application.
In the first case, patients will be able to request the download of the results by scanning the QR code printed on the ticket they receive with the consultation data. The scanning process will take you to the Google Play or Apple Store, depending on whether your mobile is Android or iPhone, to download the MS virtual counter application. Once registered in the application, the user will be able to locate the radiodiagnostic test, the day after its completion, in the Folders section.
Cases in which patients check-in directly upon arrival at the hospital from the application will have the test downloaded to their folder, without the need for them to request it in advance.
In addition to the radiological tests, in the MS Virtual Desk APP you can access the anticoagulation guidelines, check in from your mobile when you arrive at the hospital, download the doctor's receipt, answer your questions, request or modify your appointments, renew prescriptions or request clinical documentation, among other functions.
And together with the images of the tests, also the report of the radiologist??? If not, who "translates" these images for us? Although, I dare say, such a report does not give us any security either, and I speak from very recent family experience. Family doctors are not prepared to interpret these tests, and to see the specialist you have to wait sitting down...
