Council of Tourism and Environment, Pepa Font y Juan Carlos Signes, visited yesterday one by one the beaches dianenses to check that everything is ready for the start of the high season that begins on June 1.
The revised services were the location of posts and towers of the Red Cross, the status of implementation of balizado worked, the signposting of tourist and environmental information and placement of footbridges and footbaths.
The special cleaning device, coordinated by the Department of Services and Maintenance, will be made up of a team of five operators in an all-terrain towing vehicle, which will operate on the north and Almadrava beaches; another crew of five workers with a dump truck, which will perform on the beaches of Molins y Bovetes; two teams and two loaders for the Marineta Cassiana and Punta del Raset, the most visited, and a sieve tractor that will travel the urban beaches after the manual cleaning carried out on them.
