The solution to the problem of the beach bars of the beaches Denia is closer. This Wednesday morning, the Dénia City Council Hiring Table has approved seven of the beach service lots that were put out to tender. Among them is the chiringuito de la Marineta Cassiana.
In contrast, three of those lots have been abandoned when verifying that the companies had distorted competition (collusive practices), thus violating article 1 of the Competition Defense Law. Those lots include the two beach bars and the services of the Punta del Raset and the beach bar of Las Albaranas, all of them in Marines.
The Local Government Board held at noon has approved to start again the procedure for the three lots that have been deserted, as explained by the councilor of finance, Paco Roselló. From the City Council they calculate in just over a month they will be awarded and will be able to function normally.
