The Management Commission for Access and Pre-registration Tests at the Public Universities of the Valencian University System have agreed on the dates of the University Entrance Examination (PAU) of this course.
For the students that are in possession of the title of Bachiller, or of superior technician of Professional Formation, Superior Technician of Plastic Arts and Design, or superior technical technician, will be realized the days 5, 6 and 7 of June, in ordinary convocation, and the days 3, 4 and 5 of July, in extraordinary convocation.
With regard to enrollment in the tests, students who present themselves to the ordinary exam will be able to do it between 28 and 31 in May, and in the case of the extraordinary call the students can register between 26 and 28 June.
It should be remembered that the structure of the test will remain as it has been divided into two phases. A first is of a general nature and obligatory for all, and a second part, called specific, which is voluntary. In addition, as announced Education, it is noteworthy that due to the exceptional nature of the subject of History of Philosophy, it will have a weighting of 0.2 in all degrees of the branch of knowledge of Arts and Humanities, as well as in the branch of Social Sciences and Legal.
The first phase consists of five exercises. In particular, it is the subject of free autonomic configuration, that is to say Valenciano, and of the four main general subjects of second year of Bachillerato that the student has studied, this is Spanish, History of Spain, Foreign Language, and one of the four general core subjects linked to the modality of Bachillerato (Mathematics II, Mathematics applied to the Social Sciences II, Latin II, or Foundations of Art II).
As for the second part, it is done on subjects of modality of 2º of Bachillerato, different from those of the general phase that the student chooses in the moment of enrolling in the tests of access, although he did not take them.
Students who take the 2017-18 university entrance tests at public universities in the Region of Valencia will be able to know their qualifications from the 14 hours of the day 15 of June, in the ordinary call, and from the 17 hours of the 11 day of July in the extraordinary call, in both cases through the portal of the PASEU student with the key that will be provided on the first day of the tests. In the same way you will be able to request and obtain the official document that accredits the qualifications of the test of access to the university.
