The Socialist Group in the municipality of Dénia has released a judgment of the Court of Administrative No. 2 of Alicante forcing the councilor defector Juan Collado to return the overcharged when, after leaving the socialist group, became a member of the Local Government and have dedicated as a councilor for the Environment in the year 2008, when a motion of censure mayor took the socialists.
According to the judgment, "Unassigned councilors may not improve the situation prior to the abandonment of the municipal group of origin, and no political appointment may be made that implies attributions of government or generic or special delegations with the consequent political and economic rights that were not previously held", which means that Collado could not be appointed deputy mayor, member of the Board of Government or full-time councilor with a gross salary of 44.671, 32 euros.
According to the socialist spokesman, Vicent Grimalt, "Justice confirms that Ana Kringe rewarded the fugitive with salary and position for giving him the Mayor's Office in the motion of censure of July 2008 ". But they go further: Alderman Óscar Mengual states that "The validity of the Resolutions issued by him as Delegate Councilor for Environment and Sustainable Development should be analyzed legally."
We'll see who pays what justice has dictated if Juan or we have to pay the town of Denia as always, but have the money to get it out of where it is and if it has everything that it has but pays and if there is not I told him that it was what he should have done or if he should go home, and not chuapr the boat if necessary.
