In the Emergency section of the Ordinary Plenary Session of the Dénia City Council, held this Thursday, the new schedule for the construction of the second residence and day center for dependent elderly people was presented through the Pla Convivint of the Generalitat Valenciana and within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
The City Council has had to make some adjustments to the initial schedule at the request of the General Directorate of Social and Health Infrastructures of the Generalitat Valenciana and the new schedule of actions was approved yesterday by a majority.
According to the schedule, the drafting of the basic and execution project will be put out to tender this March and must be completed within a period of 4 months. The awarding and start of the works is scheduled for early 2025 and its completion fifteen months later, in May 2026.
