Dénia will invest close to 5 million euros in Paseo de la Marineta, Paseo del Saladar and Calle Calderón

15 2024 April - 16: 14

The extraordinary plenary session held this afternoon has approved, with the favorable votes of the government team (groups PSPV y Compromís), the vote against Party and Vox and the abstention of Gent of Dénia, credit modification number 2 for the year 2024 for the amount of 4.896.427,78 euros, an amount from the remaining treasury for general expenses from last year.

Likewise, the green light has been given to the lifting of objection and extrajudicial recognition of credits amounting to 47.730,23 euros for the payment of invoices from the previous year (in favor: PSPV, Compromís and Gent de Dénia; abstentions: Partido Popular and Vox) ; and the raising of objections and the recognition of the expenditure incurred in the amount of 30.048,20 euros has been approved (votes in favor: PSPV, Compromís and Gent de Dénia; vote against: Vox; abstention: Popular Party).

Pere, it is assumed that taxis have the right of way, and it would be worth it (if you find one available!!!) to take one to give this pleasure to your parents.

Marques de Campo pedestrian area is a plus for Denia, of course. It was during the pandemic, and businesses now surely do not dare to complain.

Every change needs a period of adaptation, and I think pedestrian streets are evolving well now. Restaurants have been able to fold chairs and
tables on their terraces, and they continue like this. Weekends and long weekends are less stressful than before, in Marqués de Campo.

I wanted to tell you that wanting a city with a car-free center, more "sustainable" and more adapted to the environment is not a question of political party, but an obligation.

Marques de Campo pedestrian area is an appreciable plus for Denia. She was during the pandemic and continues on her path. Businesses can't complain
everything is better. The restaurants have doubled their terraces, and when there is a bridge in sight, Denia is flooded with people and... we all fit in
    Marques de Campo.

Avoiding cars in the center of a city is a “sustainable” and “environmental” duty and has nothing to do with politics

Okay, spend 5 Kg. Why don't you leave "a little" for LAS MARINAS "ABANDONADISUMAS"

  4. Jopelin says:

And by the way, let them continue with the Marqués del Campo lot.
At this step the PP will inaugurate it... surely

    • PERE QUART says:

Before we dined and ate a lot in the restaurants of Marques de Campo. But my parents are very old and we have to leave them at the door of the restaurant.
We haven't been there in years...
I recently walked by there and there were 10 or 20 people on the entire street and it was all very sad.
In short, it is socialism and its desire to put an end to business.

      • Juan Collado says:

Yes, yes, all you have to do is look at the poor restaurants of Marqués de Campo, massacred by socialism. Not a soul in Dénia, you park where you want because no one comes anymore. And they have destroyed the cars in their desire to break everything. And now they go and spend money on more improvements for the city. And on top of that in poor neighborhoods. If they spend the money of the city councils on these things, what is left for the boyfriends of ayuso, zaplanas and other prominent men of this society that the progressives want to destroy? Damn you, dogsanxe the platypus and your henchman vicentegrimalt.
