The supervisor of the Hemodialysis Unit of the Hospital de Dénia, Alicia Rodríguez, has been recognized by the Dénia City Council for her service to the community, when she was able to revive a citizen who suffered a sudden death on public roads, on October 13, 2018.
The tribute took place on December 20 at the Dénia Social Center, coinciding with the celebration of Police Day. The recognition was delivered by the Councilor for Citizen Protection and Equality and Diversity, Javier Scotto di Tella, Alicia Rodríguez, along with Gorgui Lamine Sow, the Senegalese who rescued a Dénia neighbor from a fire last December.
