A man of 42 years and neighbor of Dénia was arrested last July 4 after uttering insults and threats to their neighbors for the sole reason, allegedly, of being a homosexual couple.
Despite the fact that the events had been repeated for several months, it was at dawn of the 4 in July when the couple decided to report the facts to the National Police because the situation was untenable.
Upon arrival at the building, the agents found that the detainee, who, in a high state of nervousness, continued to proffer insults and death threats against the homosexual couple, for which they practiced the arrest of the subject as alleged perpetrator of a crime of I hate, who also had cut the cable of the internet connection of their victims apparently, motivated by the animosity towards them.
The detainee is accused as the alleged perpetrator of a hate crime.
From the Commissariat a rapid instruction was carried out on the proceedings, placing the detainee at the disposal of the judicial authority, who ordered the execution of a restraining order of 500 meters between the aggressor and the victims.
