UNED Dénia held on Friday the Board meeting, attended by representatives of employers sixteen municipalities of the Province of Alicante and Denia Associated Center. On the table several points were discussed, but the most important and most demanding from the Dianense center was confirmation of payment of the annual contribution of 2015 carried out by the Council and amounted to 381.357 euros, 245.357 to the center of Denia and 36.000 for the extension of Benidorm.
After some modifications that will be approved definitively in the next full of the Delegation, the president, César Sánchez, confirmed that the payment will be effective "before the end of the year". An important relief for the management of the center, since the provincial contribution is more than 25% of its annual budget. In fact, this delay in payment has also delayed the payment in the payrolls of the tutors.
At the meeting, the director of the center, Raquel Martí, Employers proposed increase for next year its contribution to the Associated Center in 1%. Among them, Dénia confirmed that it will, by increasing the current contribution amounting to 209.000 euros.

Although the period of enrollment in courses at UNED for 2015 / 2016 course remains open, Raquel Martí confident that the figures are similar to last year, when 1.700 students enrolled in 26 degrees and postgraduate courses with the counting center.
