Next January 31 Valencia celebrates Arbor Day, and to commemorate this anniversary, the departments of Environment and Parks and Gardens, led by Juan Carlos Signes, They have prepared activities for all audiences.
The February 3 start planting in the new green area opposite the hospital of La Pedrera. It is an activity open to everyone in which, from morning 11, 23 15 trees and shrubs will be planted. With this activity the landscaping of the green zone will be completed.

And between one activity and another, more than 250 6th grade students from the Montgó schools, Paidos, Vessanes, Carmelitas, Cervantes and Raquel Payà will participate in a plantation in the dune cord of Albaranas beach, in Marines, in which they will plant a total of a thousand dune plants. The students of Raquel Payà will also plant aromatic species in the Torrecremada Garden and ten copies of llidoner will be planted in Calle José Moncho (in front of the Torrecremada park).
