[VIDEO] Miquel Gil and Pep 'Botifarra' toured Dénia and the Marina Alta in the 'Bambant per casa' program by À Punt

Denia and the Marina Alta continue to gain visibility on the new regional television, À Punt. If last week the capital of the region was the protagonist in the Cuineres i Cuiners program, with Ricard Camarena, Quique Dacosta and Pepe Romany, on Tuesday the Marina Alta was the scene of the program Bambant per Casa, presented by Miquel Gil and Pep Gimeno botifarra. The program begins in the Montgó massif as a symbol of the union of two towns, Dénia and Xàbia, first visits of the program. In Xàbia, the presenters spoke with the writer Pepa Guardiola in the mills of La Plana. Then the Dianense Toni Martínez shows them the Baix la Mar neighborhood, and in Les Rotes, José Luis Crespo dries an octopus before them.

The next dianense that appears is the professor and historian Javier Calvo, with whom they take a walk through the Marineta Cassiana to talk about the raisin industry in the city.

The program continues with a trip through the region, stopping at Pedreguer to talk about the musicians of the Marina Alta; in Jesús Pobre and Xàbia to discover the Camino del Alba, which links the east with Santiago de Compostela; Orba, where they discover the work of the potters, the history of the Valencians who emigrated to the United States, the reinvented artisanal cakes or the Valencian pilota.

The trip of Miquel Gil and Pep Botifarra ends in Xàbia, in the riurau, where they chat with the members of the Grup de Danses Portitxol about traditions.
