The Department of Environment of the City of Denia, with the collaboration of the company Magic & Nature, Organized last Sunday February 5, an excursion to celebrate World Wetlands Day. Calp fate was to visit the Salinas, and activity 50 people, reaching the maximum capacity planned participated.
The participants were divided into two groups to alternate the two planned activities. On the one hand, a scientific bird ringing was carried out by the hand of the expert ornithogolo and bander of SEO (Spanish Society of Ornithology) Antonio Zaragozí Llenes and of the bander Álex Mestre. The other activity consisted in a route of environmental interpretation guided by the photographer and author of nature books, great connoisseur of this environment, Elías Gomis.
