Next Friday 27 of May is celebrated the II Day olimpics, the regional Olympics for over 65s organized by the Consorci Esportiu de la Marina Alta (CEMA). This year the chosen venue is Ondara, and the Dianense representation will move there, made up of 50 students from gymnastics and maintenance classes for people over 65 and retirees organized during the course by the Department of Sports.
During the day the dianenses will compete in the modalities of swimming, basketball, athletics and choreography. They will be accompanied by their instructors, Caterina Roselló and Pepa Alcalá. The council will provide a bus for the participants to travel to Ondara.
