The past 16 of December, the streets of Dénia were filled with solidarity thanks to the celebration, one more year, of the Day of the Red Cross Flag. A day in which everyone's collaboration is important: not only for citizens, whose economic contribution is essential, but also for entities and groups that, altruistically, collaborate through the petition tables.
From Red Cross Dénia have wanted to thank the collaboration of all of them through recognitions to the best tables that went out that day. This week they presented the prize for the best decoration to the students of Basic Professional Training of the Gardening that they studied in the IES Number 3 of Dénia, whose implication, next to the AMPA of the center, and their teacher, Antonia Romero, was very active with the cause .
It should be remembered that the Day of the Flag is the most important day of collection for the local assembly of the Red Cross in Dénia. This year they managed to add a total of 6.410 euros for programs focused on children.
