The National Police has arrested two men from 23 and 29 years of age who had made their only means of living the scam and the assault on houses.

Una vez los tenían en su poder los ofertaban en diferentes páginas web de compra – venta de productos de segunda mano. En ocasiones llevaban a cabo la venta, sin embargo en otras muchas volvían a estafar a sus compradores, cogían el dinero pero no le entregaban el objeto.
According to police sources, the detainees had perfectly chosen the place where they were going to commit the robberies as well as the profile of the victims. They were always beach towns of the Marina Alta and tourists who rented houses to spend the summer, looking for the moment in which the tenants went out to enjoy the beach and assaulted the house with total impunity.
It was Monday when the agents carried out the arrests. Police from the North District Police Station established a police device around the alleged criminals that culminated in his arrest for his alleged involvement in 18 crimes of robbery with force and fraud.
As a result of the operation, a house search was carried out in which a large quantity of high-end electronic material from different criminal acts was intervened. So far the agents have clarified robberies in homes perpetrated in the towns of Alicante, Dénia, Moraira, Benissa, Calp and Teulada.
The material recovered by the Police in the register exceeded the 60.000 euros. Tablets, mobile phones and laptops are part of the booty that the detainees had obtained through their robberies. The agents also intervened a vehicle that presumably they could use to perpetrate the assaults.
One detainee was prohibited from leaving the national territory and another eight judicial and police requests.
