The Local Police of Dénia has designed a special operation for the Tots Sants festivity that guarantees fluid and safe access to the cemetery of both vehicles and the hundreds of people who go on foot.

The operation will be active on 31 days in October and 1, 2 and 3 in November. These dates, from the 8 in the morning until the closing time of the cemetery (18.30 hours), will have police presence in morning and afternoon shifts (16 agents in total destined to the service).

Closed circulation in areas close to the cemetery

The 31 days in October and 1 in November will cut traffic at the entrances to the cemetery and surroundings. The Camí del Cementeri will be enabled only in the Dénia-La Xara direction. Consequently, in the streets perpendicular to this road will not be allowed to turn left and will be cut at the height of the light transformer, next to the municipal sports courts of Madrigueres. For greater safety of pedestrians, the street Brothers will also be cut Carmelitas connecting with Torrecremada.

Likewise, the Local Police will provide cones and fences to channel pedestrians and signal traffic lanes around the cemetery.

An agent will be responsible for regulating the pedestrian crossing located in front of the cemetery entrance and another will control the crossing of Camí del Cementeri with Carmelitas Hermanos street (in front of the hypermarket) Eroski Dénia).

On the other hand, it is recalled that the areas of public parking available are the rear parking lot of the cemetery (approximately 60 spaces) and the cordon parking area at the front access to the cemetery (with around 20 spaces).
