A young man from 25 years and a neighbor of Jesús Pobre was seriously wounded on Saturday night while he celebrated in the main street of the town the triumph of Valencia CF in the Copa del Rey.
Apparently, the young man wanted to fire a rocket that, instead of being propelled, exploded inside the metal tube in which he had placed it. The metal acted like shrapnel and affected the lung.
He was immediately transferred to Denia hospital, where they operated on him urgently. At this time he is admitted to the ICU of the hospital center, stable but waiting for his evolution in the next few hours.
