A man of 37 years and Spanish nationality has been arrested in Dénia accused of committing a crime against privacy.
The past 25 of June a complaint was lodged at the Police Station of the National Police of Dénia, in which the victim claimed to have been recorded by his brother-in-law while showering at his sister's house. The threats received in the public thoroughfare by the author's sister is what made the victim report the facts.
After the investigations of the police, it was found that the author had been committing these acts during the last three years, when the victim went to his sister's house. The June 27 was arrested and also his sister, for threats made against the victim in the public thoroughfare of Dénia.
The detainee was released after reporting police agencies, her brother going to court on June 28.
In the register carried out in the home of the detainee, agents intervened multitude of electronic devices and computer equipment for referral to the Forensic Computing Service of the Provincial Brigade of Scientific Police of Alicante for the analysis, viewing, extraction and recovery of any related file with the facts denounced.
