Thursday February 18 in facilities maritime stationWill be held the III Conference on Prevention of Legionella, an event organized by the Public Health Center of Dénia aimed at professionals from the General Directorate of Public Health, professionals in the field of Environmental Health, as well as treatment companies and advice to holders.
This conference aims to address the problem of legionella from its different aspects: clinical diagnosis, disease epidemiology, surveillance from the Centers for Public Health and the approach inspected, as well as different types of legionella in relation to the source of infection: community, nosocomial and associated with travel. To do this, all day round tables, lectures and debates communications which are expected to attend more than 200 people will succeed.
The event will be opened by the General Director of Public Health, Ana María García García, accompanied by the Mayor of Dénia Vicent Grimalt Boronat, the Managing Director of the Department of Health of Dénia, Ángel Giménez Sierra and the Director of the Center for Public Health, Martí Pascual Miralles, at 9: 00 morning.
