The Ministry of Education, Research, Culture and Sport has published in the DOGV the calendar of admission of students in the Basic Vocational Training, medium and higher education in the Basic Qualification Training Programs and Vocational Training cycles Basic second chance, that is, the one addressed to the beneficiaries of the Youth employment plan.
Specifically, the deadline to submit applications in centers supported by public funds will be open between the 16 and the 29 in May for students who want to do basic vocational training or teachings of medium and higher grade cycles. In FP Basic there will continue to be an extraordinary process in which the deadline for submitting applications will be the one between the 12 and the 17 in July.
The deadline to request access in the Basic Qualification Training Programs it will open del 8 al 12 de julio, And of FP Second chance basic between 2 and the September 6.
The request must be completed via telematics, a link which will be operational during the deadlines for the submission of published applications, and will be presented at the center chosen by the student as the first option.
It must be remembered that the process of admission to Vocational Training is unique, except for Basic Vocational Training, which will have an ordinary process and an extraordinary one.
Deadlines in Basic FP
The admission calendar for students who are going to take basic vocational training in the ordinary process establishes the 13 June as the day in which the provisional lists of admitted will be published, the 26 of June will publish the definitive lists and the term of formalization of registration will be the one included between the 28 of June and the 4 of July.
In the extraordinary process of admission of students of Basic Vocational Training, the deadline for submitting applications will be 12 to July 17, the publication of provisional lists will be 19 July and the final lists the 24 July. As for the registration deadline, it will be between the 25 and the 30 in July, and between the 2 in September and the 8 in October, the vacant vacancies will be assigned, as well as those generated by resignations.
Admission in medium and higher grade cycles
Regarding the admission process in centers that teach cycles of medium and higher levels of Vocational Training, both public and private supported by public funds, the submission of applications will be made from 16 to 29 in May, the provisional list of admitted will be published on 9 for July and the definitive 16 for July.
The formalization of registration will be performed between the 17 and the 30 of July, and then a period will be opened to assign remaining vacancies, as well as those generated by resignations, the allocation of which will be developed in two phases in which the waiting lists will be taken into account.
With regard to admission to basic qualification training programs, the deadline for submitting applications will be 8 to July 12, the provisional list of admitted will be published in July 17 and the final 23 in July.
Finally, the registration deadline will be from 24 to 30 in July, and a second registration period will be opened to fill vacancies by resignation for students who have participated in the admission process between 2 and 4 in September.
FP Second chance basic
Through the resolution published in the DOGV, the Ministry also establishes the procedure to register in the National Youth Employment System, for which both the requirements established at the state level and those required in the Valencian territory are specified.
In particular, it will be required to have at least 17 years of age the calendar year in which the Basic FP is requested, to prove that there is no FP degree or any other degree that certifies the completion of complete secondary studies, as well as to be currently unschooled and unemployed.
The admission calendar for interested persons will begin with the submission of applications, which may be made from 2 to 6 in September. The provisional admission list will be published on September 10 and the definitive one, September's 13.
As for enrollment, it will be formalized between the 16 and the 18 in September and from this date, an additional period will be opened, until the 8 in October, to cover the vacancies generated by resignations for the students who have participated in the Admission process.
