This coming Saturday, December 9, Dénia is preparing for a special night with the celebration of the Night of La Llum. An expected event in the city, in which the AMUNT Contra el Cancer association will be present with a stand selling Christmas decorations with the aim of raising funds for people with this disease.
AMUNT and its solidarity table will be installed on Magallanes Street, near the Mercat Municipal door. This will be the epicenter of the celebration, keeping its doors open until 23:00 p.m., while shops will extend their hours until 22:00 p.m.
The uniqueness of this night will lie in the lighting of thousands of candles that will be distributed throughout the streets of the center, providing a festive atmosphere and reinforcing the Christmas spirit among passersby.
The evening will be enlivened by carol choirs, juggling shows, dances and the presence of Santa Claus, who will provide life and entertainment throughout the tour.
AMUNT, with the purpose of raising funds for people affected by cancer, invites the community to actively participate in this solidarity evening, offering their support and solidarity for a cause as important as the fight against this disease.
