Next Friday, the House of Culture of Dénia will host the delivery of galarones that annually delivers to the BLOC under the name "Premis de la Tardor".
This year they will receive the Vicent Ortuño award, manager of the Mancomunitat Cultural de la Marina Alta (Macma), and the Cappev (Coordinator of Students, Peers and Professors for the Ensenyament of Valencià).
Vicent Ortuño highlights his extensive work for the Valencian, since in 1975 he took over the Ondarense Cultural Association L'Ocell. Ortuño has also taught Valencian courses for officials, has brought opera to schools and has been the promoter of the Festacarrer ondarense.
The Cappev Marina Alta, meanwhile, has been awarded for the great work it does in promoting Valencia through, among other activities, the Trobada d'Escoles.
The awards will be delivered on November 23 on November at 20 hours in the Assembly Hall of the Municipal House of Culture.
