The presenter of El Hormiguero acknowledged in his program having been under the scrutiny of the National Intelligence Center, investigated for a possible link with the terrorist organization Al Qaeda. The reason? A photo that was taken in the beaches Denia.

During last Thursday's program of El Hormiguero, where Pablo Motos was interviewing journalist Carlos Alsina, this striking anecdote came to light. His guest, in the middle of the show, asked him what his relationship with the CNI was, which led to Motos to tell about this event.

Apparently, after a visit to the National Intelligence Center building accompanied by the former vice president of the government, Soraya Sáenz de Santamaría, he was informed that for a time he had "They had investigated if it was from Al Qaeda".

Incredulous, the presenter asked how it could be, so they showed him a photo of a member of the terrorist organization, who is now in prison, and immediately one of him with that man. The image had been taken on a beach in Dénia, appearing the man in a bathing suit and Motorcycles next to him thinking he was one more fan.

The presenter told the program, laughing, that every weekend he took a hundred photographs with fans, so he "He was scared by the number of terrorists with whom he could have taken a photo".
