The head of the Court of Instruction 2 of Dénia has initiated preliminary proceedings to investigate the vaccination against Covid-19 of the mayors of El Verger, Ximo Coll, and Els Poblets, Carolina Vives, in a health center of the first of these towns last January 8.
The magistrate has opened this investigation after receiving a complaint from the Alicante Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office against both councilors for the alleged commission of a crime of improper passive bribery.
The instructor agrees in the car, among other procedures, to require various documentation and information from the Department of Universal Health and Public Health.
Thus, the court has requested the Dénia Health Department to provide the vaccination protocol that should be followed in the El Verger health center on January 8, as well as to identify both health professionals and other people who were vaccinated the same day that the mayors denounced.

Stop spending time and money in judgments regarding whether there has been prevarication regarding the "normally established" shift shift for vaccinating populations in general.
He was not a member of any party, nor do I know these mayors. But in my opinion, due to his position and the relationships he brings with him, they should be considered as exceptions.
