Sonja Dietz is re-elected president of the Cercle d'Empresaris de la Marina Alta

businesswoman Sonja Dietz has been re-elected this past Thursday as president of the Business Circle of the Marina Alta. Dietz, who already announced at the time that he was not going to run again for the presidential elections, has affirmed that it is an act of responsibility since there is no other candidacy presented.

According to the president, "the work of CEDMA it is too important, much work has been done and important foundations have been laid to leave the presidency empty. We are the spokesperson for the entrepreneurs; we are listened to, maybe not enough, but public institutions respect us ".

The new chair of Soja Dietz arrives with one condition: to discharge the presidency of work with the support of the four already existing vice-presidencies, that from now on will assume four areas of work. In these areas, in turn, there will be people delegated so that they have attributions and autonomy to work on the different projects that are launched from the circle.

As she said after the vote, Sonja Dietz will be accompanied during the next four years by Esteban Cobos, as general secretary, Vanessa Peris, Deputy Secretary General; Raúl Sanchís, treasurer; And vice-presidents: Ángel Vives, responsible for the area of ​​Relations with Institutions and Regional Development; Rosario Carrió, in charge of Industry, Services and Training; Benito Mestre Caudeli, of Urbanism and Infrastructures; And Isabel Agulles, in charge of the area of ​​Tourism and Commerce. Likewise, these areas will be divided into different delegations that will fall on any of the associates who wish to assume this responsibility, who will have total autonomy and will be in constant collaboration with the corresponding vice-presidency.

With regard to the new political situation that has opened both in the region and in the Generalitat, Dietz believes that it is about "a new opportunity for the entire economic-business complex of the Marina Alta".

Incorporation of Jovempa

Another news announced by the president is the incorporation of the Association of Young Entrepreneurs of the Marina Alta (Jovempa), whose incursion into the Cercle was signed on Monday.

In fact, the association of young entrepreneurs will have a member of the board of directors of the federation, in the hands of Juan Carlos Juan. The rest of the elected members are: Manuel Noguera, Ana María Pla, Antonio Sentí, Miguel Ángel Vives, Antonio Cidoncha, Javier Ripoll, Miguel Agulles and Javier García Bueno. The members are completed by all the presidents of the business associations and the singular companies that are part of the Cercle.
