Rosa Seser is the new president of the Institut d'Estudis Comarcals de la Marina Alta

The Municipal Archivist of Dénia, Rosa Seser, has been elected the new president of the Institut d'Estudis Comarcals de la Marina Alta at the General Assembly held this week in Pedreguer. Likewise, the Governing Board was renewed for the next four years.

With Seser there will be a total of 18 partners of the Institute, some of which were already part of the previous board. Jaume Buigues be vice president, Antoni Lluís Carrió Secretary-General, Josep Andrés, deputy secretary and members Joan Ivars, Pasqual Costa, Joseba Rodriguez, José Àlvarez and Miquel Almenara. They join the Board Laura Kamal (treasurer) and members Salvador Salort, Isabel Serra, Jaume Noguera, Rafel Look, Baptiste Banyuls, Mateu-Xavier Artigues and Vicent Torres.

In addition to approving the report of the 2010 activities, the 2011 activities program and the liquidation of the 2010 (42.399,24 euros) and 2011 (56.146,24 euros) budgets, the Assembly agreed to present a resolution proposal stating the rejection of the disciplinary file open to municipal linguistic technician Josep Andrés, asking the mayor to file the file.
