The members of the BTT Montgó de Jesús Pobre have attended the Cardiology Clinic REMA to pass the stress tests and comprehensive medical examinations.
Thanks to the collaboration agreement between these two entities, athletes will be able to take the various tests that make up these recognitions. As they are, the electrocardiogram, Doppler echocardiography and stress tests with gases; performed by Cardiologists.
In this way, it is intended to mitigate the risk that any sport involves. Since any athlete to make certain efforts can suffer heart attacks.
According to the recommendation of FIFA, "all athletes before competition should do a stress test that includes an echocardiogram expressly".
