Summer recipes: Tuna Gin Tonic

Summer is the best time to enjoy the food and good company around a table. In summer there are a variety of fruits and flavors that are not usually found in winter.

Tuna with Gin Tonic Gele

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of tuna loins
  • Sesame
  • Green asparagus
  • Gelée Gintonic bubub

For the marinade

  • 3 lemons
  • 2 naranjas
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped ginger
  • Sal Island

Preparation

Prepare a marinade with the juices of the two citrus fruits, their scratches, ginger, a splash of oil and salt. Mix the ingredients in a deep bowl and place it on the side.

Cut the fish into cubes using a sharp knife. Mix tuna with marinade and leave it in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
Passes sesame tuna cubes and put them on the grill until the seeds change their tone.

Scalded asparagus and then give them a blow plate, they are al dente, reminding the pistachio. Gelée incorporates Gin Tonic the plate to provide freshness and acidity tuna.

The result is spectacular, the softness of marinated tuna and freshness of Gin Tonic gelée contrast with the crispy sesame and power of green asparagus.
