Quique Dacosta talk about the red shrimp from Denia to students in summer courses at UNED

The Cook Quique Dacosta will be present this year in the summer courses at UNED organized annually by the extent of Dénia. The 3 to 5 July red shrimp will be starring in one of the courses, and Dacosta will give the session 5 July performing a particular course of their 26 years cook through 26 own creations around the red shrimp from Denia .

The course will be held from July 3 5 to at different locations: the headquarters of the UNED Associated Center in Denia, the fish market and the CdT Dénia.

The course aims to address the prized crustacean from an ecological, economic, social and cultural perspective, reflecting on his role in local tourism development.
