The Department of Sustainable Economy, Productive Sectors, Commerce and Labor has published the approval of the regulatory bases for the direct granting of these grants aimed at supporting the economic viability of companies and self-employed workers of Social Security affected by the Covid-19, to reinforce its continuity and enable the maintenance of its workers.
They may be beneficiaries of these grants with the following amount:
a) Companies and individuals included in the Social Security autonomous worker regime who, on the date of publication of this decree, have at least one contribution account with registered workers in the Valencian Community and the economic activity of which it is classified in one of the CNAE-09 codes that appear in the annex. And the amount of the aid will amount to € 600 for each full-time employment contract and € 300 for part-time, with a limit of € 12.000
b) People included in the regime of self-employed Social Security workers who carry out an economic activity in the Valencian Community classified in any of the CNAE-09 codes that appear in the annex. The aid will amount to € 600.
Exclusions
Self-employed persons who:
• Incur in any of the prohibitions provided in sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of the General Law on subsidies. However, the beneficiaries are exonerated from the obligation to be up to date with their tax obligations and with Social Security. With the exception of the Social Security quota bonus and the extraordinary state benefit for self-employed workers affected by the crisis caused by Covid-19.
Compatibility regime
These grants are compatible with other grants, aid, income or resources for the same purpose, from any administration or entity, public or private, national, from the European Union or from international organizations.
The application will be submitted electronically at the electronic headquarters of the Generalitat Valenciana, through the procedure enabled for this purpose and called "EMPCOV 2021 Support for the viability of companies and self-employed workers affected by Covid 19".
The deadline for submitting applications will begin at 09.00:4 a.m. on February 23.59 and end at 17:2021 p.m. on February XNUMX, XNUMX.
