Test, swimming and indoor cycling, adapts to all levels and physical conditions, since you can choose between 200, 400 or 700 meters away swimming and sitting Basic Cycle Indoor, of 17 to 17.45 hours or session Extrem of 17.45 to 19.15 hours.
In this competition no matter the order of the tests, you can perform as you like and the level that you prefer, but yes, get to the finish and get your gift of participation.
