On Saturday, April 20, the long-awaited edition of the Volta a Peu race will take place in Dénia 2024, an event that is part of the XXVI Walking Circuit of the Marina Alta. This exciting sporting event, which will take place on an urban circuit, promises to offer participants a unique and challenging experience, with a total distance of 10 kilometers.
The day will begin with children's races starting at 16:00 p.m., opening the way for young runners who will compete in different categories: Smurfs, Prebenjamines, Benjamins, Alevines, Children, Cadets and Youth. Later, starting at 18:30 p.m., the race for adults will begin, divided into various categories: Senior A, B, C, D, E, F and G, as well as Under-23 Promises.
The distances will vary according to the category, from 100 meters for the Smurfs, Prebenjamines (300 m), Benjamins (730 m), Alevines (1.000 m), Children (1.460 m), Cadets (2.010 m) and the rest of the categories 10.000 m.
The start and finish of the race will be located on Carrer Marqués de Campo, with the organization in charge of Denia Corre. Registration is available at site.
