The Court has informed in a statement that the judge of the magistrate court number one Dénia has ordered detention without bail for arrested accused of dismembering neighbor of Denia Ximo JB, of 59 years.
The second detainee is accused of concealment has been provisionally released on bail, having to appear regularly in court.
