Next Friday 20 of September, at 19: 30 hours, the hermitage of Santa Paula Will host the presentation of the reissue of several classics of Valencian literature: Jordi de Sant Jordi, Bernat Metge, Ausiàs March and Isabel de Villena versioned by contemporary authors.
Carles Duarte has been in charge of adapting to the current Catalan the poems of Jordi de Sant Jordi; The translator Alba Dedeu adapts the work The somni, by Bernat Metge; Josep Piera brings the work closer to the language A Tria, from Ausiàs March, to the reader; and Marta Pessarrodona is in charge of the contemporary version of Jesus i Les Dones, By Isabel de Villena.
The event, organized by Amics dels Clàssics, will feature interventions by Josep V. Mascarell and Carles Duarte; Tomás Llopis will make a poetic recital and the Colla El Falçó de Teulada will play the music.
