Near 1.000 peronas have participated, between the 14 and the 21 of December, in the voting of the participative budgets of Dénia. In this period the residents of Dénia have voted the 25 projects arising from the meetings of neighborhood councilors through the web portal www.participadenia.es or personally in the Participation Space of Les Portelles.
The project that received the most votes in the Participative Budgets of the 2018 has been the Park Workout and Calisthenics in the zone of Marines with a budget of 20.000 euros. This is the construction of a park equipped with a series of devices (bars, parallels, horizontal stairs, etc.) so that, especially, young people can meet and practice outdoor sports, free of charge and with a high degree of interaction, participation and solidarity.
The second most voted project by the neighbors was the adaptation of the Montgó scientific station, with 141 votes, followed by the asphalting of the Paseo del Saldar with 35 votes.
In the urban area, the paving of the Paseo del Saladar stands out, valued at €16.706 in the section from Calle Pedreguer to Calle Sagunto (35 votes) and the creation of bio-healthy areas in the area behind the castle and in the Tram area, each valued at 23.000 euros (34 votes each).
In the coming weeks, the final report of the projects to be included in the 200.000 euros heading of the 2018 Municipal Budget that has been reserved for the investments of the Participatory Budgets will be announced.
