Introduction to sommeliers
On Monday 18 and on Tuesday 19, from 16 to 20 hours, the introductory course to the sommelier will introduce attendees the knowledge and art of harmonizing the dishes with the appropriate drink. But not only with wine: we will also talk about spirits, beer, coffee, tea, and even water.

Between Monday 18 and Wednesday 20, in the afternoon, this course will delve into the knowledge of what is necessary to manage a Spa and optimize its management to ensure its success and viability.
Grilled cuisine: fish, meat and vegetables
In charge of Mentxaka San Torcuato, during 3 afternoon (Tuesday through Thursday), attendees will learn the techniques and methods of preparing a good grill.
