The Platform for People Affected by the Mortgage (PAH) of the Marina Alta He managed to stop yesterday the eviction of a family from Pedreguer with two children aged 10 and 11.
Thanks to this action, those affected have gained time since they earn time. The mortgage launch has been delayed for two months, the next 4 is expected to run in January.
The PAH will now convene concentrations in the Calle Marques de Campo of Dénia and in Pedreguer before the headquarters of the bank in which the family signed the mortgage. The first one will take place this Friday at the 10 in the morning both in the capital of the region and in the municipality of Pedreguer itself.
The platform stressed that two children who are enrolled in school can affect their emotional and family life if they are left homeless.
Esquerra Unida and Intersindical Marina Alta already expressed their solidarity with the family yesterday and advanced that they will participate in the concentrations that have as objective that the bank suspends the eviction
