The minister of justice, Rafael Catalá Polo, will be in charge of giving the closing conference of Lex Forum, the most important forum of the right of the Comunitat that is celebrated this Friday in Dénia. The minister will give the magisterial conference entitled The streamlining of Justice: a shared challenge.
The closing of the day will also have the presence of the Councilor of Justice of the Valencian Community, Gabriela Bravo Sanestanislao, and the director of the Foundation Lex ForumEnrique Tailor.
On this occasion, the conclave, which brings together jurists of recognized professional experience, revolves around New criminal proceedings. A shared challenge and it will be inaugurated by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice, Áurea Roldán, and the president of the Provincial Court of Valencia and former vice-president of the General Council of Judicial Power (CGPJ), Fernando de Rosa.
Lex Forum of Dénia will host four round tables that address different aspects of the latest changes registered in the Spanish legal system in the field of crimes and misdemeanors.
