The greatest talents of public administrations from all over Spain will meet in Dénia

The city of Dénia will host the fourth edition of the Public Talent Forum, a biennial meeting aimed at public administration professionals from all over Spain, which will be held on March 23 and 24. The forum will bring together managers from the Human Resources, Talent and People departments of public administrations from all over Spain with the aim of sharing ideas, projects and experiences that contribute to enriching their professional work.

The Public Talent Forum is organized by Savia, a company specialized in human resources management for public administrations, and has the collaboration of the Dénia City Council in the development of this fourth edition.

The event, which will bring together more than a hundred participants and nearly twenty speakers, will give visibility to the city and show its evolution and modernization linked to innovation projects and digital and cultural transformation that bring services closer municipal authorities to citizens and result in their improvement and quality.

The Dénia Town Hall will have an active participation in the forum program and will star in the presentation "Success Story" on the 24th, at 12.30:XNUMX p.m. The head of the Public People Management service, María Vicedo, and the person in charge of Prevention, Quality and Innovation, Lorena Estruch, will present the process of integrating new people into the work team (onboarding) "Diving into the administration" that is applied in the Dianense Town Hall.
