Days Culinart, Organized by the multidisciplinary group Som3 in collaboration with the Department of Local Agenda 21 celebrate its second edition this year with the novelty of the inclusion of the population Xàbia.
In this way, more than 1.200 students from both municipalities will participate in this second edition, which also increases its duration from three to eleven days.
All the Second Conference Culinart Xàbia will be held in the 23 9 February to March, with a subject adapted to an existing cultural project in the municipality: the Cova del Migdia.
During the conference there will be two daily sessions of a training workshop that will begin with the screening of an audiovisual related to the archaeological site. Then there will be a masterclass cooking given by the pastry chef José Montejano and nutritionist Alicia Baldó that will affect the importance of breakfast and healthy snack, and finish with a plastic laboratory where schoolchildren conducted, among other activities, ceramics prehistoric, work with plant fibers and an olfactory activity related to the natural environment Montgo.
The director of the event, Beatriz Rico, explained that the aim of the conference is to spread the natural environment, heritage, culture and gastronomy through art with advice from chef Quique Dacosta.
The Culinart II Conference were presented by Councilman Local Agenda 21, Vicente Chelet; Councilwoman culture Xàbia, Empar Bolufer, and the director of the event, Beatriz Rico.
