IES AMPAS 3 number, school Vessanes and Montgó met last night at a meeting to discuss issues related to the construction of the third high school.
The member of the Association, Lina García, put in background attendees on the current situation in which is the third institute: as announced by former Councilor for Education Juan Sancho, today the Department has no money to build educational infrastructure throughout the province in 2011, as he claimed, he could contrast that information.
Still, the meeting agreed that it must be the mayor who put pressure on the Department to invest in Dénia and schools, since, as stated by one of the attendees, Dénia decent infrastructure of a city deserves of those dimensions.
AMPAS agreed actions require the consistory. Namely a date that will begin work on the third institute now has already signed the land subdivision of the land.
Members of the assembly missed that the municipal consistory does not give priority to this educational project and, however, prefers to dump all their forces and investments in others like La Nau or the second sports center, less necessary in their opinion.
The main purpose of the meeting last night was to establish actions to mobilize all those involved in the construction of the third high school, so different actions were voted to carry out in the coming months in order to make known to everyone the current status of the project.
Today, about 200 students study in makeshift barracks in the IES 3 Number.
