The neighboring municipality of Els Poblets has, since this week, an Equality Plan between Women and Men. A document prepared, also, by the UNED of Dénia. It was his director, Raquel Martí, the one that presented it to the company last 17 of May.
The IPIO of Els Poblets is planned for a period of four years (2018-2021), and is sustained thanks to the commitment of the local corporation, being a participatory and complete plan, as the council of citizen participation will be responsible for leading its implementation underway with the participation of citizens. The methodology used is based on qualitative and quantitative methods.
This I PIOM is based on three main axes: gender mainstreaming, diversity and social co-responsibility.
Its monitoring and evaluation, will correspond to the technical commission, which will be created for this purpose. The results of the analysis will be written in an intermediate report, two years after the start-up. Finally, a final report where the actions taken and the impact on the population of Els Poblets.
