UNED Dénia collaborates with the city of Pedreguer teaching two free courses

Self-employment and equal opportunities are the topics that will deal two courses that prepared the UNED Dénia and taught in the neighboring town of Pedreguer at the end of October.

They presented the president of the headquarters of the UNED Dénia, Raquel Martí and the Councilor for Equality and Youth council of Pedreguer, Silvia Fornés, who explained the contents of each of the courses.

On the one hand, from the 16 to the 31 of October in the classrooms of Creama in Pedreguer the course "Social Networks and Internet: Feasibility of company with social headquarters in the network. Self-employment for young people" will be taught, with the aim of improving personal factors to access the labor market by integrating work guidance actions and computer knowledge. This workshop will take place from 16 to October 31 and is aimed at unemployed youth between 16 and 35 years.

The second course is entitled "Domestic responsibility and reconciliation of family and work life of working people outside the home." It will be taught in the same classrooms of the 22 to the October 30 and intends to train, inform and sensitize the staff at the service of the local administration, and the public in general, about the need to incorporate elements related to public and / or business management equal opportunities between women and men. It will have a duration of 12 teaching hours and is designed for staff at the service of the Local Administration of Pedreguer as well as for people interested in gender equality older than 18 years.
