The ETC Room of Dénia puts an end to its first season as an alternative room with two interesting proposals that will take place the first week of the month of July.
3 Friday, at 20 hours, there will be a screening-discussion with the director and screenwriter Dianense Luis E. Pérez. his latest short film will be screened, Menagerie (National prize at the Festival of Lanzarote and selected in many national and international festivals) and an episode of the webseries Wintersun, of which he is director, scriptwriter and executive producer.
The screening will be followed by a conversation between the audience and the director to compare impressions and realities of their work.
On Saturday 4 of July, also at 20 hours, the documentary will be screened The revolució of Cabas, A work that reflects the struggle for self-protection of a region clearly agricultural tradition that gradually recovers production of terracing offering products of local and seasonal, returning to the origins in crop production, supporting and advocating tillage farming, preserving biodiversity and making sense of the sustainability of the territory.
This is a supervised and autosubvencionado by Gonzalo Blanco, lawyer and linked to agriculture with organic production methods, and Alejandra Mengual, responsible for the radio program of Radio Pego The teua Veu and the market of Terra de Pego, Mercat de la Vila.
Admission to both shows is free, limited to hall capacity.
