Texlimca, the selective collection of used clothing and footwear, has delivered this week to the City of Dénia a check 6.468 € corresponding to the 2017 exercise.
The representative of the company, Juan Carlos Aranda, delivered this amount to the mayor of Dénia, Vicent GrimaltAnd the Councilor for the Environment, Josep Crespo. The money will be divided, in equal parts, between the entities that make up the Solidarity Roundtable -Cruz Roja Dénia, Cáritas Interparroquial, Extend your hand and the Salvation Army-.
According to the company, in 2017 containers were collected in the 22 Wippy installed in the municipality of Dénia a total of 70.156 gross kilograms of used clothing and footwear.
