On the 10 of the night they went to the Novalia building the police agents and after asking for the documentation and to go up to the occupied floors, they invited their occupants to leave them. At all times there was collaboration on the part of the squatters who after collecting various items such as clothes and mattresses, chose to leave the houses.

Immediately the police members opted to close the access door to the building and placed a seal. Ten minutes later the precinct was broken and they again accessed those houses.

Occupied housing was available electricity service although it seems that also the service had been boycotted by the squatters to use illegally.

The neighbors of the adjacent buildings have manifested their continuous complaints since the arrival of these squatters so the police presence in the area has been very active during the week.

The presence of squatters in Dénia is not new because in another part of the city like the La Siesta, neighbors walk very upset about this issue because some months are also suffering problems of insecurity.
