5'73 points less participation compared to 2015. At 18: 00 hours, participation in the municipal elections of Dénia was located in the 45,30%, compared to the 51,03% of four years ago.
In the absence of two hours to close the 25 Dénia polling stations had voted a total of 13.036 people of the 28.777 who have the right to vote in the capital of the region.
Dénia follows the trend that has been observed throughout the Valencian Community, where participation has dropped by almost 5 points.
Noticeable increase in the European elections
As for the European elections, participation has increased to the 18: 00 hours in 10,47 points, standing at an 45,15% compared to the 34,68% of the 2014 year.
At the 20: 00 hours the polling stations are closed. The count of the ballots for the City Council will begin once the count of the European elections finishes.
