Last week, for the second time since it was established, met in the city of Dénia the Bureau of Solidarity, composed of representatives of the City Council of Dénia, Interparroquial Caritas, Red Cross, the Evangélica Bautista Church and the Salvation Army.
At this meeting, attended by the mayor of Denia and the councilor of social services, were put on the table the actions being developed by each of its members, which areas of action encompass and what are the most pressing needs identified in the daily charitable work.
Participants agreed to hold a solidarity day on which staple foods are reocgerán for the most disadvantaged families in the city to be held before the arrival of summer, subject to the needs of each joint entity will make them come.
